How to Clean Portable Vaporizer Easily and Safely

To get clean and quality hits, you should clean your portable vaporizer on regular basis. You are putting different types of materials in the vape pen. If you haven’t cleaned the vaporizer properly and you have put a different material, you will not be able to enjoy the original taste of the material. Therefore, we are presenting you a complete and simple guide for cleaning a vape pen.

What Do You Need?

You need to collect following to clean your vaporizer:

Q-tips

Cleaning brush provided with the vaporizer

Rubbing alcohol

A glass

Empty the Chamber

Open the pen just as you do while putting weed in the chamber. Now tap it gently against the table to knock out material from the chamber.

Be careful, chambers of many vaporizers have a small glass screen. Therefore, do not tap over a trash. Do this on a table only.

Clean Chamber From Inside

If there is any densely packed material left in the chamber, remove it using a cleaning brush you have received with the vaporizer. If there was no cleaning brush in your kit, you can make use of the Q-tip. Loosen the material simply by poking around in the vaporizer chamber.

Be Careful, the coil is at the bottom of the chamber. Therefore, do not jostle or snag it. Make sure that the coil is not disturbed. If this happens, the vaporizer will not produce any vapor. Also, be careful with the small glass screen. After cleaning the chamber, you need to clean that small screen.

Treat Glass Screen with Rubbing Alcohol

Keep the screen in an empty glass. Now pour rubbing alcohol in the glass to completely submerge the screen. This will remove the remaining particles left on the screen. This will also keep the screen in working conditions. Move to the next step while keeping the screen in the glass.

Clean Chamber Threading

Now dip the Q-tip in the glass of rubbing alcohol and rub it along the threading. Keep the chamber upside down and rub it gently. This will remove any built-up in the threading of the chamber.

Dry the Screen

Take out the screen and leave it for drying. You can also use a paper cloth for drying.

Reassemble

After the screen is dried, put it back in the chamber. Now, screw the chamber back and it’s done.

Your thoroughly cleaned vaporizer is ready for the next hit.
